Boxplot analysis

Maps the normal range of each product. Anything beyond the whiskers is an outlier.

EMA control limits

Smooths the trend and draws upper/lower bounds. Points outside the band get flagged.

Isolation Forest

A machine-learning model that isolates points which don't fit — catching sharp drops and spikes.

DBSCAN clustering

Groups dense, normal behaviour into clusters — leaving irregular peaks and dips exposed as noise.

Z-score / σ bands

Measures how many standard deviations each point sits from the mean. Beyond ±2σ, it's an anomaly.

Seasonal decomposition

Learns the normal weekly and seasonal rhythm — so a break in the pattern stands out instantly.
